Cerrudo Services was awarded this task order for the maintenance of 268 miles of Primary Border Fence along the New Mexico and Texas border with Mexico. Cerrudo’s responsibilities were to repair damage and breeches to the fence within 24 hours from notification as well as to provide monthly routine gate maintenance.
Upon receiving a daily damage report, Cerrudo Services created a CPM schedule of tasks required to complete the repair work within 24 hours. Resource allocation (labor, equipment and material) for each repair response crew is determined by the Project Manager who dispatched a minimum two person work crew or multiple work crews depending upon the magnitude, complexity and location of the damages reported. Cerrudo self performed all the work on this contract, providing adequate resources to conduct multiple repair activities simultaneously.
