Cerrudo Services prepared the Hamilton Air Field for wetlands restoration by demolishing and disposing of many buildings and incidental facilities over an area covering approximately 1,000 acres.  Work included hazardous material surveys, lead and asbestos abatement and demolition of numerous structures.  Work plans were implemented that stressed environmental protection for the ecologically sensitive site.

Prior to demolition all utilities were terminated safely.  Lead and asbestos was abated from the structures prior to demolition.  Water misting was used as a dust suppressant during demolition.  Structures ranged in age and complexity including CMU, steel frame and wooden construction.
